2021 North Atlantic Fiddle Convention
Portage performed at the online Gala Fiddle Night and taught workshops at NAFCo 2021. Workshops included “Indigenous Fiddling in Manitoba, Canada” (Anne), “Fiddling from Quebec and the Gaspé” (Laura), “Mountain Fiddle Tunings” (Erynn), and “Dance music of Newfoundland and Labrador” (Christina)
2020 Harbourfront Centre “Summer In The Garden” Concert
Harbourfront Centre has very generously shared this video of our concert, made in the early weeks of the pandemic. This was the world premiere of Portage: five top-flight Canadian musicians who at the time had yet to be all together in the same room at the same time!
